Mary Curnutte is a Registered Dietitian and loves all things related to food. Mary recognizes that while nutrition education is important, it is meaningless without food options. Mary has served as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Louisville and worked in community health through nutrition counseling at the Louisville YMCA, nutrition classes for youth, and nutrition lectures in community settings.
Additionally, Mary wrote and conducted a nutrition course for the rehabilitation center, Ladies of Promise, in West Louisville. Mary has been involved with New Roots and Louisville Grows, and serves on the board of Slow Food Bluegrass. In her free time, you can find her trying to turn in her little home into an urban farm.
Mary serves on the operations committee.
